Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist in following up with the courier.
Local Pickup & Palmy Friends Free Shipping We offer a free shipping option for friends and customers based in Palmerston North. Orders placed using the PALMYFRIENDS code are eligible for local handover instead of postal delivery. This option is intended only for people we personally know and can arrange a direct handover with. If an order is placed using this code and local pickup is not possible, we may contact you to arrange an alternative shipping option.
